We presented her with a difficult situation, because we were moving to Payson from Iowa - so we needed to rely on her to be our "eyes and ears" in Payson while we weren't in town. Michelle chatted with us about our needs, and found properties that she felt would be a good match for us. She then took us through the best possibilities - on a Sunday morning, which I'm sure that not everyone would be willing to do. She gave us the feeling that our time was precious; she was friendly, yet very professional. She did her job, bringing us up-to-speed on the current market situation as we toured the homes. And she didn't waste our time by trying to up-sell us into places that were out of our range, budget wise. While we were deciding what to do, another listing came onto the market, and Michelle notified us immediately. She then took a quick tour of the house, and knew that it would suit us exactly. We weren't available for a face-to-face discussion about our offer, so Michelle walked us through our options over the phone, answered all of our questions, and coached us on the best way to make an offer that would be attractive to the sellers. She followed up promptly on the paperwork, and when we had exactly the wording we wanted, she submitted our offer, and the seller accepted it. So with one visit from Iowa, we found the perfect home - and now we're all moved in, and couldn't be happier! We respect Michelle's abilities, recommend her highly, and would trust her with our business again, if we decide to leave our dream house!
