As someone who was new to the real estate world, I appreciated that they took the time to educate me, and explain things in detail. Im used to following up on my own and coordinating everything between the title company and the lender etc. Before I even think about checking on the status of something, I get a message from either Wes or Michelle that they already had followed up on our behalf. I really didnt have to do much as a buyer. They were always on point and knowledgeable about the area.
