I didnt hesitate to call her when we needed help selling my dads house after his passing. My parents lived in their house for over 50 years, there was a lot of emotion and we sold the house as is. Michelle was patient and walked through every detail, providing great advice and setting real expectations with the process. She made sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process and helped us with information and questions we didnt know to ask. She was also very aggressive in terms of dealing with our lenders so we were competitive. When our existing lender was not competitive enough in terms of days to closing, she managed to get us in touch with a lender who was. Our house came with chickens that we though we wanted. When we realized we couldnt handle 8 chickens (including 2 roosters), Michelle quickly mobilized her local resources. We were able to find them a new loving home in a day. I highly recommend anyone to work with Michelle!
