Michelle was warm and welcoming and very organized. I was only in the area for four days, so she had every property lined up for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and honest about each property. She helped me with the offer, which was accepted, and then walked me through the entire process with all the paperwork. She was always available for phone calls and/or meeting up. She also walked me through the closing process and answered all of my questions. She organized all the house, well, septic, and gas inspections, and kept me informed. We happened to connect with Michelle after looking at Mendocino houses on Zillow and had no idea what to expect. The first time we met in-person, she took us to five or six homes in the area in our price range and was extremely knowledgeable about both the area and the homes that were listed. Since we weren't in a rush to buy a home, we moved slowly on putting an offer in, and Michelle was patient the entire time. When we did decide to put in an offer, Michelle quickly drew up the papers and prepped us for the submission. The offer ended up getting accepted right away! From there, Michelle helped get us squared away with all of the inspections and stayed on top of communication. She absolutely went above and beyond her job responsibilities and we couldn't have been more impressed.
