From start to finish she was with us the entire way, with us being out of state she did video chats with us during all needed appointments. Some of the schedule required a person to be present, she represented us when we couldn't be present.

I put a post on a community Facebook page asking for a realtor and was inundated with suggestions. Michelle was the only one that HELPED me, rather than just throwing her name in a reply. She immediately sent me comps, and suggested that I interview realtors to find the right fit. I asked her to meet us at the house, and within 2 minutes of meeting her, I knew she was the one. Michelle is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! She guided us through the process, encouraged me and answered all of our questions. She rolled up her sleeves and helped fix the few things that needed addressed in the house, and made sure to keep me informed of every step of the process. I would and will HIGHLY recommend her to everyone that is looking for a great advocate when it is time to sell their home!
