Michelle showed us a wide variety of properties and kept copious notes about what we were liking so she could keep pointing out other properties we might be interested in. When we found the home we wanted, another offer came in and Michelle's responsiveness and knowledge were invaluable. She was able to help us negotiate an offer that was received while we were out of the country. Although we were not easy to reach, she made sure we knew and understood each and every step. ZillowVERIFIED Where to start! When Michelle mentions working around busy schedules, she is not exaggerating!! My FiancA(C) and I, have crazy work schedules and hours. Add an 8 month old baby in the mix, and you have the perfect combination of chaos. Trying to find the perfect house proved to be a little overwhelming at first. However, Michelle remained the calm to our crazy and navigated us flawlessly to our first home! She was always patient, met every one of our last minute schedule changes with a smile and flexibility, answered all of our questions we had, and even some we didnt even know needed to be asked! Every person she recommended throughout the buying process met her quality of work standard and made us feel at ease as we moved forward with our purchase. I cannot imagine working with anyone else!! She was always reassuring and responsive. In the area we were buying, the homes were selling fast. Michelle used her connections and resources to get us in to see homes next day and even one home before it came onto the market! When we found the right home, she was not hesitant to negotiate tough with the sellers. Michelle Frerich knew all the processes of our FHA loan, which she used efficiently during the negotiation process. She even helped entertain our two young children while we signed our documents at the title company. ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is the best! She went out of her way the entire buying process, from the time I started looking at houses two years ago until I recently closed on a house. She would meet my builder at the home when I wasn't able to be there. She is very knowledgeable about the home building process and kept me on track so that I didn't miss any deadlines. She is very responsive to texts and phone calls. She was always ready to show me a house no matter how last minute it was. She did her research and made a recommendation on the neighborhood I eventually built in. Even though it was something I never thought I would be interested in, I was able to build my dream home.
