The first Michell had ever heard from me was when I cold called her to tell her we were driving that way and to ask if she could get us a showing. She jumped through hoops to make that happen - something that was amazing, given how we connected. and with next to zero lead time.I didnt end up buying that house, but I travelled back to the area and she showed me a number of other properties. I had sent her a few listings as examples - she took those, added to them and made my several days in the area great. I ended up making an offer during that visit.Michelle is fantastic - she REALLY knows the area; was great at sharing her pro and con knowledge of the area to help me narrow the search; was quickly able to get an understanding of my wants; arranged several meetings with local residents to share their insights; kept me on track with all my action items during the buy/close process; AND was just a plain hoot to be with!I have purchased a lot of real estate in the last 40 years and have dealt with 30ish realtors during that time. Honestly - Michelle is my favorite! I would highly recommend her if you are moving her direction (and I guess moving away, too!).
