She negotiated a deal with another realtor whom wasnt as responsive and we got to the finish line - she even had to deal with a potential buyer who clogged our downstairs commode!!! (IT WAS A BRAND NEW TOILET & Freshly cleaned drains!!!) and while some would be fuming - we said: welp that was a first! Shes very relatable, honest and works hard to get her clients what they need! She took us on as out-of-state clients, communicating with us through emails, texts, and calls to understand what we were looking for and educated us about the extended SLO county area. She got us the scoop on property listings, going as far as to visit homes on our behalf and send photos and descriptions. We only budgeted for one weekend to fly to the area and see homes and Michelle really hit the pavement on our behalf, making the absolute most of the limited time we had together. She met us with a binder of selected listings and a full itinerary. We must have seen 15 homes in 3 days! Michelle encouraged us to see as much as possible and to drive neighborhoods to get a true feel for the different areas. We saw homes in SLO, Atascadero, Templeton, Los Osos, and Grover Beach.
