We have worked with Michelle twice and she is simply the best. She is personable, experienced and professional. But also so much fun to work with and truly cares about her clients! Last year she helped us find our dream home and guided us through the difficult process of purchasing it. A few weeks ago, with Michelle's expert help we sold our old home. The house was listed on Monday and in escrow on Friday! We had never sold a home before and had no idea where to start. Michelle came to the property and told us exactly how to prepare it for sale. She was able to recommend a professional house cleaner and landscaper who following her directions gave the house exactly what it needed. Michelle is an amazing realtor. By sheer luck, she responded to a request that we made through Zillow to view a property. From our first meeting, she impressed us with her professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm and we knew right away we wanted to work with her. She paid close attention to everything we told her about the kind of property we were looking for and had great insight into each new property we viewed...and we viewed at quite a few! When we had questions that she could not answer, she never hesitated to find answers for us. She worked around our time schedules and made sure that we had the opportunity to view every property that interested us. She took us to several properties more than once because she wanted us to be confident when we made a final decision. When we found our dream property, she expertly negotiated with the sellers and secured a great deal for us. She arranged inspections and handled all the little things that come with a home purchase. During each phase of the process, she kept us informed and was always just a phone call away. The day escrow closed, I can honestly say that she was almost as excited as we were!
