It's sad that after working with Michelle for such a long time, at the end she ended up stealing money from us. We met Michelle when she helped us buy our first house in 2020, more recently we used her as a property manager, but her demeanor changed and she became extremely unreliable, she wouldn't answer text messages, phone calls, or emails. She would be out of reach for weeks. The house she was managing became vacant and she was supposed to send us the deposit of $1,700 and also help us sell that property, but she ended up keeping the full amount and never gave us an explanation as to what happened, or what did we do wrong if anything? I will be filing an official complaint to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). And hopefully they can investigate and see what's going on with her... Good luck if you decide to work with her...

I really enjoyed working with Michelle Brecker from Brecker Realty. She answered all my questions and was very professional. I asked her to write a contract for me and she immediately went to work and got things moving. I could not have closed on my house without her help. After dealing with everything that goes along with buying a house, Michelle took the stress off of having to worry about making sure my contract was correct. Michelle is the best real estate agent in the Houston! From the listing of the property until the final sale, she was a true professional. She continued to work until the day the property closed and truly earned her commission. She had numerous open houses to ensure buyers were seeing our home. She went to my home anytime there was a problem with a surveyor, appraiser, etc. that needed to get in the house. I cannot say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to anyone I know that needs to buy or sell a home.
