As a seller, it is important to remove any smells and clutter in the home. Open blinds before showings to accent the natural light especially for small spaces. You want the buyers to instantly fall in love and picture themselves in the home. Don't lose buyers because of too much stuff everywhere.

So, I listed a home of a very nice elder couple. It went under contract immediately. During the process of closing, the husband passed away leaving his wife to handle it. My team and I immediately jumped in to help her move things, clear things out and etc. I was so happy to help her because I know I would want someone to do that for my grandma. She was such a lovely lady and I still keep in contact with her.
I started in Real Estate because I wanted to be able to go to my daughter's school events, take her to school and pick her up from school. My family has a background in real estate and I joined the business and hit the ground running.
