ZillowVERIFIED Michell was incredibly insightful, realistic and straight forward as needed. Very knowledgeable in all areas of the Bay Area, including deeper areas of the North, South and East Bay. Her price points are incredibly accurate for rental and purchase. Very accommodating with regards to schedule flexibility especially during COVID times she arranged appointments and was available most times. Her wide ranging knowledge in cost, market trends and ability to manage expectations was crucial to us purchasing a home. She also has a lot of connections within the banking and loan industry which allowed us to secure funding for down payment, get pre-approved to make an offer and also to receive a mortgage loan after purchase at the best rates and incredibly fast. It was a full service! Her background as attorney was very insightful as we also received advice with regards to risk. Later, we used Michelle to help us rent our house, preparing disclosures with us and establish the appropriate price point there as well!!As a result of preparing for making an offer with Michell (looking at trend data, comps, surveying homes and all of the banking and loan preparations); we were able to zero in on a price point, a neighborhood and the first home we submitted an offer on, was accepted! We then closed and moved in within 2 weeks during the most aggressive and competitive market in history! We couldnt believe it! She wears many hats and wears them well. We are so fortunate to have met Michell.

ZillowVERIFIED Im so happy that I chose Michell as my Realtor. She came in and assessed my property and directed me as to what would make it more appealing and updated. Michell has great connections in the industry and keeps an eye on the market. She had heard from contacts that an uptick of people were getting pre-approved for this time of year and had experienced a higher interest in buyers as well. I had planned on selling in the spring, but she called and told me that more interest was happening earlier this year and suggested that if I was able to sell earlier, it could be best since there were so few homes around my price range. She was correct! My condo never even made it to market and had a contract within a few days of listed as coming soon. She even negotiated a better price than I imagined that I could get.This was my first time to sell a condo. ZillowVERIFIED Michell helped us sell one of our rental units which was condo converted, tenant occupied, rent controlled, outdated, unattractive, etc, etc. You could imagine that she faced enormous challenges as the listing agent. But with her vision she navigated us through to deliver the unit turn-key. She led us to a closing which was a way better than we expected in terms of smoothness and the sales price we achieved. We were totally impressed with her knowledge of the local market, her business acumen, her spot-on design/remodeling advice and resources, and her negotiation skills, not to mention her legal background.Both my husband and I have real estate broker licenses, and have experience working with many local agents, but oh boy Michell surpassed our expectations. A few weeks after closing on my first home, I?ve already spoken to her a number of times for advice! When she says she?s always there for you, beginning, middle, end, and beyond...she means it!My home buying experience was so beyond what I expected. Michell used her attorney skills, her real estate skills and her brilliant people skills to complete the entire process, closed and done in UNDER ONE MONTH!! Michell knew the exact type of person we were looking for as the perfect buyer before she put the house up for sale and she was exactly correct. We got 23 offers less than two weeks after being on the market! The final deal was significantly over asking, all cash, with no contingencies and exceeded all our expectations. Michell was always on point, making sure we were taken care of. Our probate attorney experienced many events during our probate, including a broken leg and our primary associate leaving twice.
