ZillowVERIFIED My daughter was called to work in Raleigh and had 3 weeks to move from VA, find a place to live and start work . I searched the web for apartments and found 2, one in a not safe area and another one in a secure gated community but on the first floor. Both of these were no an options. I was very lucky to find Michele. We decided to look at houses, condo to have my daughter buy since the mortgage rates were so low. I told her our specifics and she was very familiar with Cary. We did not know which office my daughter would be working at with the CDC. We drove down from VA, looked at lots of listings and went to look at 3-4 properties. Ended up we bought the first condo we looked at. She negotiated with two loan agents to get the process done in a speedy fashion since my daughter had to be at work in 3 weeks. The owners wanted to stay in their house longer since they did not have a place picked out. Michelle negotiated and asked their agent to find a house for them immediately. So closing could occur within a very timely fashion. Michele was on top of everything and I am so happy to know that she is also around for my daughter to call anytime.
