ZillowVERIFIED Michele was very efficient and answers her calls or returns your call right away. I have already referred her to a family member. The first buyer decided to back out at the last minute before contract went into affect and Michele had several potentials lined up before the weekend and we wound up with four offers by the end of the day.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele provided the absolute best real estate experience ever for me! She is extremely professional and committed in her job. I had to sell my house in NJ while living in Florida and caring for my husband who was very ill. Michele took a huge burden off my shoulders and managed a lot of the details that would normally have been mine as the seller. However, under the circumstances she is a compassionate person - and went beyond her aEUR~job description and did more than was expected. My whole sales process went smoothly only because of Michele!!! She is the BEST!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so happy to have Michele McDermott as our realtor in selling my parent's home in N.J. as we live in N.Y. and it was our first time selling a house. Her knowledge of the local area was so helpful to us. Michele is very knowledgeable and was most helpful guiding us through each phase of selling the house. Michele was very accommodating with her schedule and always made herself accessible by phone, text messages, or emails and met with us as needed throughout the process. Michele is very personable and was extremely efficient throughout our entire experience. I would definitely recommend Michele McDermott as a realtor in buying or selling in the New Jersey area. It made our experience so much better than we ever expected.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele was an exceptional agent. I was selling my mothers home from 1,000 miles away and I dont believe that any other agent would have made the process as manageable as she did. I cleaned out personal items and whatever else I could manage when I was there and Michele quite literally dragged the rest out to the curb. She even found 100 year old family pictures and mailed them to me. She kept me apprised of how the sale was progressing and recommended a terrific law office to handle everything. Whenever I had questions about the process, Michele always got back to me quickly either by phone or text. I consider myself very lucky to have found her. My mother lived in an adult community and Michele new the area exceptionally well. I would highly recommend working with Michele McDermott.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish Michele was a force of nature. We were purchasing a short sale (which is a difficult situation to begin with) She worked tirelessly with the bank to ensure they were using proper comps and landed us an approval in record time. After buying our home with her we turned around and sold our other home with her.
