She was patient with us as we tried to define what we wanted, by the end of our search she knew what we wanted and needed better than we did. The house we ended up in was one she found that my wife and I weren't even going to look at. It is the perfect match for our price range and situation and we could not be happier. She was great in negotiation and was the best advocate we could have asked for. She has great contacts and recommendations for maintenance and service. ZillowVERIFIED Michele worked extremely hard, and stuck with it for a period of time, in order to sell our property that required a very specific buyer; we were unable to sell the property in the prior 18 months with another realtor. Ultimately, Michele found and represented the buyer, so I can't comment too much on the "negotiation skills" except to say that Michele acted very ethically in this situation.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele helped my wife and me find our first house in 2015. We had no idea where to start, and in hindsight, I would expect us to be a realtor's worst nightmare on paper. However, Michele was the most patient human being. She showed us houses non-stop, always made sure we weren't burnt out, and always gave the best advice. One week we would think we wanted one aspect to be in our new home, and then the next week we wanted something else. Michele learned this about us fast, and she always had a house or two that offered new perspective in the process so that we could start narrowing down what we really wanted. She was ALWAYS there for us, and guided us through the entire process, holding our hands basically. Through out the entire house-hunting experience, she really encouraged us, and made us feel like she was more than a realtor to us. ZillowVERIFIED I brought two realtors in get their opinion on the sale of my home. Michelle seemed honest and sincere when she gave me some possibilities on what my home may go for. Her estimates were considerably higher than the other realtor so I was a little skeptical if she just want the business. Ultimately, although we didn't settle on the starting point, we still settled considerably higher than what the other realtor provided as their highest estimate. Additional the other realtors were from a very large well know realty company and sold me that home 15 years earlier! I am very happy I went with Michelle and Showtime. She was very flexible in my contract with her and also flexible on price adjustments. I felt like I was involved with the process but never felt like I had to be. I also learned a lot about the selling process. Thanks again.

We had a lot of 'must haves' for a rental and she helped us find the perfect place. She was patient with us but very thorough. After a year and a half of renting, we were ready to purchase a house. Now, I realize we got lucky, but it took us about a week to find the perfect place. We weren't even ready to put together an offer (no financial paperwork in order yet!), but she made it happen!
