ZillowVERIFIED I have owned and sold many homes and have dealt with many realtors. Michele Lowe is by far THE VERY BEST REALTOR I have ever worked with. Her local experience helped her price this sale well above other realtors I discussed it with. She encourage me to get an appraisal which supporter her beliefs. I listed this 1940's lakefront cottage with Michele with a clause that I would accept her as both the listing agent and the sales agent, meaning, she could represent both myself and a buyer. We ended up doing that and it worked out great. Unknown to me, the home had a title issue regarding an abandoned road easement from 1914. She was able to clearly define the issue and broker a solution between the buyer and myself that I believe was fair. If the buyer used a different realtor, this could have been a contentious issue that probably would have upset the closing. Her professionalism helped both sides trust her on this difficult situation. I highly recommend Michele and Lowes Realty to anyone considering a purchase or sale in central Florida. SHE IS THE BEST!

Being this was a emotionally charged decision to sell a home I had inherited and I did not reside in the area, it was extremely important to have a selling agent that would look out for my best interest through the listing, selling and closing process. Beginning with going over every square inch of the home and recommending items that I may want to address inside and out prior to photographing and listing the home for sale. ZillowVERIFIED Buying or selling a home is a major life event - no matter how many times you do it. I have bought and sold many homes in the past and most without an agent (as an investor). Due to life events and the current trends in the market I decided to sell my home in late summer 2023 but had a false start with another agent from out of area losing valuable time in a market rapidly slowing down with and a decline in my equity with every day that went by given rising interest rates and other factors. The holidays were approaching as well and solid comps were hard to establish. I had to start from scratch and rethink my approach. I was already far behind my timeline for the goals I needed to accomplish. I did a lot of homework on Mount Dora area agents and interviewed many top producers with great local area knowledge. All had great qualifications but Michele was the exact blend of what I needed to work through the "angst" of a false start, marketing, showing and sell of my home in the best way possible. She was so responsive, informed, patient, calming and I trusted her (instinctively). She was top notch in all of the above star rated categories (hence 5 stars for each). There is reason they call outstanding service 5 star!
