Review Michele is a well-seasoned realtor with years of experience representing both buyers and sellers in NJ, with a focus on Monmouth County. Her patience and expertise in selling our family home was second to none. Difficulties with the municipality delayed the sale and Michele handled the roadblocks with expertise and compassion. We highly recommend Michele and will definitely use her for our future sales and purchases.

Review Michele Irrizarry is an outstanding realtor. Michle is outstanding because of her knowledge of the market, her attention to detail and her people skills. Michele gave us intelligent advice on how to prepare our house for sale in our market and not spend on improvements that were not going to result in a higher purchase price. Micheles marketing and pricing plan were astute and effective. Feedback from neighbors who visited during the open house was that she was sharp and totally charming. Michele has a both a great sense of humor and a strong sense of professionalism, this makes her a joy to work with. We had a few rocks in the road to sale and she helped smooth them out and make the sale. I recommend that you use Michele in Long Branch for a pleasant experience and high sale price.

Review Michele Irizarry proved to be a committed, conscientious representative for us in in the process of purchasing our beach house. From our initial meeting, where she took the tine to show us a number of properties and share her expertise about the current market situation to the final walk-through, she was always available and responsive to us. Her first hand knowledge of the shore communities helped us to make an informed decision in the buying process.. Michele took the time to get to know us, and our needs to provide us with the best options. Thanks, Michele!

Review Michele was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! She truly made the buying experience during a national pandemic so much easier and constantly went above & beyond. Michele was always honest and kept us informed every step of the way. She was more like a friend than a realtor. Months later, we are still in touch and she still reaches out to check in. To say she is amazing is an understatement. I have been recommending her to everyone I know who is buying or selling a home in NJ!

Review I can not say enough great things about Michele and Shore Prime properties. We purchased our investment property almost a year ago now. Michele was very patient and professional. She answered every call, text, and message. She found out important information about every property we looked at. We were so specific and looked at at least one property 3 times! She was always willing to help us negotiate and go back and forth with our offers! Ive been keeping my eyes open on maybe another property, always looking! I know exactly who I will call if we get serious again! Recently, Michele actually hand delivered a Thanksgiving day gift! So thoughtful! Really best realtor ever, I would recommend her every time!

Review st now I cannot begin to say enough great things about Michelle?s professionalism and responsiveness in getting the job done. She made the stressful process of buying our home quick and was there every step of way. A few agents I had in the past dropped the ball on being there and really caring about our concerns and listening to our needs. She is a stellar agent. Highly recommend her!

Review I contacted Michelle Irizarry regarding a sign on a house for sale. It turned out it was too pricey for me. However, she listened closely to details of what I was looking for. Within a few days, she contacted me after doing a search. Turns out she found something in the location I was interested and at the right price. Thereafter, she was very professional, diligent, available, and responsive in communication. Through her efforts, the deal closed and I am the proud owner of a new house. It was a pleasure working with Michelle Irizarry, and I highly recommend her. In fact, I already recommended her to friends and I know she is helping them in their search for a home.
