Born and raised in Montgomery County, my husband and I have raised our two sons in the Upper Perkiomen Valley area of Montgomery County. I've been very active over the years in volunteer work with my sons' schools, and I currently volunteer with the Education Department of the Elmwood Park Zoo. Michele is on top of her game. From A to Z she covered all bases. I highly recommend her - you will be greatly satisied. I contacted Michele to locate a property to purchase within guidlenes I established. Michele informed right away she only works on one side of a real estate transaction.. Michele helped me buy a house for my mother while I'm living on the West coast and her the East, then sell the old house my mother was living in. She was enthusiastic, easy to work with and incredibly willing to go out of her way to accommodate our needs, with communicating via technology, helping with remote video tours, and giving us honest feedback while lending her experience with the realty market and her instincts about places we were looking for to find a great match for our needs. Michele was a pure pleasure to work with. Her patience and knowledge in answering questions whether in person or via email or text was just what a first time seller needed.
