David was amazing!!! I work out of town most of the year, but really wanted a place to call home. We looked at lots of properties when I was in town. When I was out of town and found something he would go to the house and take me on a virtual tour. He would even point out things that he knew I was looking for in a home as well as things that he knew would be deal breakers for me (you know the stuff they don't show in the pictures). When we finally decided that building was the best option, he was there for all my questions. He put me in touch with Michele Harmon's team to complete the less fun stuff...Financing. Michele answered so many questions from me (I was a first time home buyer). The whole team was amazing from start to finish (including closing with me out of state). They were very upfront about the fees and what was expected on my end. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new house and very thankful for this whole team.

He hit the bullseye! The moment I entered the home, I knew it was perfect for me.
