Specifically, the team provided us detailed expectations on the entire process. This included but was not limited to: market conditions, how long it might take before we received any interest or offers, open discussion on our asking price relative to other sales in the area, kept us updated on showing, the process from offer to close, status along the way from offer to close, advise on the offer/counteroffer process, informed us as to how the funds are divided up at close. They provided guidance and preparation on how to remote close and enabled that process allowing us to not have to travel 300 miles to close.
