We knew this would be a difficult task in itself, but it became even bigger when we decided to build. Michele was fantastic during the entire process. We found a community we loved, with new builds going up. She made it easy for us to sign documents electronically and explained the documents that needed to be signed in the presence of a notary. We went to one house, I already knew it was the one, and by the time I was done with dinner that night she had an offer written up for me. She was incredibly knowledgable about other house values in the area and explained the reason she had come up with the number she had, it was below asking price. When negotiations started she was amazing and managed to keep the process as stress free as possible; when everything was done she made sure I was not overpaying for the house.
