ZillowVERIFIEDMichele and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of selling my home. From the very beginning, she stood outaEUR"she was the first to show up when I inquired about viewing a property, and when she later came to see and list my home, she even remembered that I had dogs and brought them a treat. That personal touch meant a lot. Her communication was exceptional. Michele was always responsive, usually getting back to me within a couple of hours at most. She consistently went above and beyondaEUR"highlighting the unique features of my home during the open house, creating engaging social media videos, and bringing in a stager to offer helpful presentation tips. She even recommended a reasonably priced handyman who helped me finish a few minor projects before listing. Throughout the entire process, Michele kept me informed every step of the way. Shes not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely pleasant and wonderful to talk to. I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Michele and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time home buyers and we cant say enough good things about Pat and Michele from The Keystone Group! Pat was our primary realtor and he was quick to respond to our initial emails. We had loads of questions as first time home buyers (we sent him a list of over 15 right off the bat) and Pat was patient during our first meeting as he spent ample time going through each one. Throughout the process he was attentive and quick to respond anytime we had a question or wanted to schedule a showing. Michele stepped in a few times when Pat was unavailable and the transition of working with both of them was seamless and easy. I appreciated that the team works closely together which meant Michele was up to date on our wants and needs even though she wasnt the one we were talking with the most. I am the first to admit I was a bit picky at time with our home criteria and they continued to persist until we found the one. Overall we really enjoyed our time working with Pat and Michele and are grateful for their time helping us get our dream first home!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home in Spring-Summer 2024 was the emotional roller coaster that everyone says it would be. Unlike buying in a pre-pandemic market, which I've done... It's really not fun for anyone and is a very stressful experience. Despite the stress and anxiety that we as buyers all face in this housing market (which isn't getting any better), I strongly believe I had one of, if not the best teams in western Wisconsin and the La Crosse region working for me with The Keystone Group. I'm a picky home buyer and Michele, Carla, Allie, Pat, and Meghan were all outstanding and worked fluently with each other to get me what I wanted, and at a very fair market price. In addition to all of their amazing customer and onsite service, the reason they stood out from the other realtors I've had in the past, is that they made me feel like part of their family and I got to know them personally, to a professional extent, that is (especially Carla, who we shared numerous stories on 30+ house visits). So, if you are looking for not just an average or even a good realtor, I suggest reaching out to The Keystone Group, and let them show you why, I believe them to be the best. You won't be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Michele and her team did an excellent job helping us with the sale of my father's house when he moved to assisted living. They were knowledgeable, professional, and always available when I had questions or needed help. Beyond that, they were pleasant and easy to talk to, and very understanding of the unique situation of the transaction. I would highly recommend Michele and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele is a warm and kind individual. I meshed well with her presence and she kept me calm through the process from meeting in December to the final closing day. Her knowledge of the industry is outstanding and she kept me informed on the market. Even after the close, about 2 weeks, I asked for her help and stepped up and did it. She will do great for all she serves. Definitely recommend her for selling one of my most precious assets. Thank you, Michele and team!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Michele about 6 years ago when we were looking for our our last house and knew she was the one we wanted to help us with selling our current home and buying our new one. She is simply the best at what she does and we highly recommend her (and her team). Michele makes you feel comfortable in your relationship from the start. She is personable, professional, trustworthy, an excellent communicator and will go above and beyond what you expect from your agent. Early on in the search for our new home, we happened to find a listing (spur of the moment) that we wanted to write an offer on. We found the listing on a Friday but bids were only being accepted until Monday. We were unable to contact our bank over the weekend so Michele recommended we try a mortgage company she was familiar with that was available on the weekend. They were able to help us put together exactly what we needed and we were able to write a solid offer submitted on time. Unfortunately we did not get that house so we continued our search until we found the one. When we did request a showing, we never had to wait more than a couple hours to view a home and when we had questions about a property they were always answered promptly-usually within minutes. Michele also handled the sale of our current home. We never had to list it on MLS as we decided to keep it an in house listing. Michele knew we needed to find a suitable home to buy before we sold and it couldnt have worked out better for us. She and her team had a buyer that was willing to hold off closing until we found our new home. We moved from Minnesota to Wisconsin and her knowledge of the multi-state paperwork process was impressive. She made sure we understood everything we were signing and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a multitude of decisions. She made the process a low stress experience for us. She is well connected with area individuals/businesses relevant to any services you may need after your purchase such as painting, plumbing, electrical etc. ensuring we would be well taken care of when it came time to make this house ours. We feel Michele and her team have truly gone above and beyond what we expected and if we ever decide to move again, wouldnt hesitate to call her. Michele has become more than an agent for us, she has become a friend.

We became big believers in the approach The Keystone Group uses in tapping different skill sets of the five members of their team. Someone was always available to us to show us a property, share their expertise and guide us through next steps. Micheles local network of professional and developed relationships resulted in our being able to confidently close in a short period of time.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele was very professional and helpful to us as we entered the real estate market for the first time in decades. She suggested that we have a pre-listing inspection done at our expense and this alone so simplified the process that it was well worth the few hundred dollars that it cost. She also provided a stager who made good suggestions and a cleaner to work on the house just before it went on the market. These steps made the house show to its best advantage. The house sold quickly and Michele did a great job explaining the legal documents and ins and outs of offers and acceptances. Michele is so pleasant to work with and she is a pro! I highly recommend her.

Michele provided outstanding guidance, advice and wisdom. She truly understands the market and the processes involved to get to closing She is trustworthy and honest. If you are looking for someone who will have your best interest in mind, Michele is your best choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele and her team provided something we lacked - expert knowledge of the market. With their help, we were able to get the best price for our home of 19 years. Even though it was difficult to move from a home with many memories, they made it easy by providing tips for staging, etc. We had interviewed several realtors and found Michele a good fit for a working relationship.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele and her team did an excellent job helping us to find a home in this crazy market! We were moving from out of town and the team went out of their way to meet us at times that worked with our schedules. The home we ended up purchasing had some significant repairs/findings that came out during the inspections, and Michele was persistent and punctual in helping us to work with the sellers to get many of the big items covered. When you find out you need something done, Michele will have it done yesterday. 100% recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend working with Michele and Carla when looking to buy your next house!! We were first-time homebuyers moving to a new area and had to do everything virtually (I didnt see the house until closing day). Because of this challenge, getting the right agent was really critical for us. The moment I talked to Michele on the phone when scouting out agents, I knew she would be a good fit for our situation and I was right. Ive been a long-time renter and to be honest was not looking forward to the home-buying process in advance, but Michele and Carla made things really smooth. Michele listened to what we were looking for and didnt try and steer us to any particular type of home unless we asked. Carla was a pro at the virtual walk-through. Once we decided on a house, they walked us through how an offer was set up. During the whole process, Michele literally took only a few minutes to get back to us whenever we texted her unprompted. Not knowing the area, we relied on Michele for tips on who to work with (mortgage, home inspection, etc.). She always gave us several options and we were really happy with her recommendations, not to mention the home we ended up buying! And the Burton team does not disappear after you close - we had a minor repair issue right after we moved in and Michele responded with a suggested repair company as quick as if we were still in the home-buying process. I consider ourselves really lucky that we found Michele when originally looking for a realtor and would recommend Team Burton enthusiastically to anyone looking to buy a house if the La Crosse area.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele and Carla were outstanding! From the time we initially contacted them about our upcoming intention to sell, all the way through the closing process we found them very organized, helpful and always quick to reply to any questions we had. Paperwork was always in order and they guided us through that process. Michele was very helpful in suggesting an asking price that was higher than we had originally anticipated. Our house sold before we had to put a sign in our yard. Carla was great in suggesting ways to boost the appeal of our home to potential buyers. You will not go wrong choosing Team Burton!

ZillowVERIFIED We are grateful that we chose Carla as our realtor as her calm demeanor and competence took much of the stress out of the home selling experience. Carla arranged a visit with their staging expert and by following many of the recommendations, we were able to greatly increase the visual appeal of our home with little to no extra cost. Extensive research was conducted by Carla of similar homes which had sold in our city. She suggested a price which resulted in a good offer within just days of going on the market. She also gave us good advice on our counter offer which resulted in the buyer paying close to our asking price for our house. Any questions or concerns we had with the selling process were handled quickly and efficiently. When problems arose, Carla even worked with our lender and realtor associated with the new house we were buying in our new city in another market. We do feel like we were in very good hands throughout the selling process and we made a great choice in having Carla and team Burton sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele is wonderful to work with! Her knowledge of the market and all the steps necessary to navigate a quick sale made the process much easier, start to finish. Our house sold in three days, and I credit her knowledge and advice as to steps we needed to take to be ready for listing. Between sale and closing, she was available to help with scheduling inspections, letting inspectors in if necessary, and helping us get through everything required for closing. She never lost patience with us or our questions (although she certainly had reason to on occasion!), and was always friendly, yet professional. We would work with her again any time, and hope to find our next house with her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele was my realtor almost three years ago when I purchased my first home. I called her this year to let her know I was looking to sell and buy a new home with my husband. Her team came over to get us ready to sell and they were all professional and easy to work with. She was very thorough going through all the paperwork and made sure we understood everything before signing. She was there for us throughout the process, explaining things further when we didn?t understand. She also went above and beyond the days before closing to make sure things were going to go as smooth as possible, even negotiating items that could have been impossible. Our closing day was set for a day Michele was on a pre-planned vacation, but Carla was able to attend in her place and was briefed and prepared ahead of time with our situation. Our closings were scheduled the same day at the same location so that made things super easy. I?d recommend Michele and her team as a realtor, and I would call her again tomorrow if I needed to move.
