I personally have know Karla for 15 years and have a personal insight to her character. She has always gone above and beyond to help others achieve their goals or just lend a helping hand. Didn't know Micheal before requesting an appointment to view some property on Zillow. After the first showing I said this isn't the one for us but would you help us find our final home. After several different showings all over our county, we found our final home and Micheal was there until closing; plus he helped us to see our city home in under 7 days. We are a military family; and selling our home remotely and his experience with military combined with his arsenal of contractors helped make the process as easy as one could hope for. There was never any concern that a job wasn't going to get done right and he flooded us with pictures and updates to ensure we were satisfied prior to writing a check. He communicated clearly and was always available to discuss matters. I never imagined I would sell a home from three states away, but with Micheal on our team, we were able to accomplish renovations, listing and selling the home on time and on budget!
