ZillowVERIFIEDI had the pleasure of working with Michal-Kathryn (MK) to purchase a property out of state and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Buying a house out of state can come with its own challenges and stressful situations but MK made the entire process smooth, transparent and surprisingly easy. From our first conversation, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the dynamics of the local market, sent me listings and honest feedback on each property, and connected me with local professionals (bankers, attorneys, contractors etc.) so that we could make a well informed and educated decision. MK went above and beyond - conducting virtual tours, coordinating inspections and keeping me informed throughout the process. The entire process, from our first conversation to the closing, was about two months during which she found us a perfect property that was off-market in an excellent location. I highly recommend Michael-Katherine to anyone buying or selling a home especially if you are out of state.
ZillowVERIFIEDMK was very professional and always responsive. With her help i was able to get 75k over asking price when selling my house. Working with her was a great experience with minimal stress. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real-estate agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDMichal-Kathryn was great through the whole process. She was able to assist us in finding the perfect house for our family based on our needs and was always on top of market, letting us know about newly listed houses and getting appointments set up that worked with our busy schedule. Once we found the right house for us, she was phenomenal at helping us navigate the offer process, and kept us informed all the way through our closing date. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDMichal-Kathryn was an integral partner in the process of selling our home. We had an incredible response to our listing, largely due to her gorgeous photos. She is extremely talented with a camera. She knows how to make your home look, beyond its best. You definitely want her in your corner, when selling your home.
