She was absolutely amazing! Recently coming out of the Army I had no knowledge how to do anything and she took the time to teach and explain things to me! I was able to contact her at literally any hour of the day and she always responded quickly! Honestly, I didn't have to do much for this purchase she had all the paperwork ready for me with a willingness to explain everything. Also I really think she should become a home inspector because she found quite a few things the super attendant didn't notice! We love her!

Michaela is an excellent realtor. She was with me through the entire process, and never failed to be there when I needed assistance. She went over and above all the time. Could not have asked for better! When documents needed signatures, she put them in dot loop, so that I could submit to the lender on a timely basis. She made sure that the termite inspections were done, and helped tremendously with several addendums needed to close the deal with the buyer. She also made sure that the list of repairs needed from the inspection, was thorough and complete to my satisfaction. As I alluded to earlier, she went the extra mile to help with this purchase.
