I liked that, because I was able to get a better feel for her personality. It's difficult choosing an agent from long distance. She is very personable, honest, and professional!! She was very patient with me and my siblings. Michaela has very good resources if you need help renovating your house. The contractors she recommended went above and beyond to make our father's house look beautiful!! There were a few items that came up during the inspection. I feel she represented both us as a buyer and the seller very well. I know it put her in a tough spot but she got it done and everyone including me happy. I would gladly work with her whether is was the buyer or seller. If you need a realtor in Central Michigan I would call Michaela first!
