ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Mike Zapart at Compass to purchase our first home. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions. Mike was always incredibly responsive and patient with us, whether it was a call, text or email.A He was very flexible to meet our tight schedule and was always on time. He was very good at guiding us through the positives and negatives of each house so we could find a house that matched our needs. He was there for us during the whole process and made us feel more comfortable in our big decision. We found a house in Naperville that we love thanks to his hard work.

I would recommend Mike to ALL my family and friends. If he didnt have an answer to ALL my questions, he almost immediately got me answers. He gives you the feeling that youre his only concern. Walked us thru the very nerve racking process of buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike has been working with my wife s family for many years and was recommended to us; we could not be more appreciative of the recommendation. Mike s comprehensive knowledge from having been a mortgage broker prior to becoming a real estate agent added so much value to the home buying process regarding budgeting, interest rates, market trends, etc. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home in the location we wanted within our budget. He is extremely detail oriented, very communicative, flexible to other s schedules and very easy to work with. My wife and I highly recommend Mike. He did not only help us find our first home, but he also worked to find a renter for the apartment we were living in. He made the home buying process easy and the process was not as stressful as I thought it would be thanks to Mike.

ZillowVERIFIED efficient, called once a week to discuss the progress on selling the home. Great understanding of the market. Encouraged us to put the home on the market after the super bowl in order to get a jump on the market and have more showings. Helped us find contractors as needed for repairs.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was such a pleasure to work with for both our home purchase and condo sale! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable! He is also very honest and always looking out for his clients whether it is in his best interest or not. We were very impressed with how quickly he would respond to phone calls and email. We had a challenging time with our lender for our home purchase and he was always on top of it to make sure we were able to get our dream home! He also did a great job getting us two offers on our condo in the holiday/winter time which is a more difficult time to sell. If you are looking for a very hard working real estate agent with your best interest in mind we would definitely recommend Mike Zapart!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was instrumental in selling our first house and helping us purchase our new home. He was patient, very flexible, and great communicator both in person and via phone/ e-mail. He is personable, competent and confident guy and my husband and I felt comfortable with him immediately. He seemed very comfortable with us too - he s obviously worked with many clients from different backgrounds. He has two young children and understood the challenges of selling a home with a toddler ruling the house. Mike helped us view several places over the course of 4-5 months (yes, we are picky), get our mortgage details in order, put the offer together, and navigated the closing once we chose a new place. We were in a tough position as we decided to purchase a Short Sale house and were prepared for a long wait. But unexpectedly the closing came much faster (Mike was in contact with the seller s agent and bank to make sure that the paperwork was being reviewed on weekly basis). Through his professional guidance and marketing (beautifully taken photos and video), we sold our home at the very first open house! Mike gave great advice as we negotiated two counter offers from the buyer and we went under contract within a week of putting our house on the market. This was our second home buying experience, and Mike made it as anxiety - free as possible. We cannot recommend Mike Zapart and Paul Waterloo (his colleague at Keller Williams Chicago OHare) enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Zapart is one of the best real estate professionals today. He was recommended by a family friend who worked with him in the past which says a lot about Mike. His experience and knowledge has helped us sell and buy a new home. During the sale of our home Mike answered each one of our questions like he would be selling his own house. He was available 7 days a week and would instantly let us know of any potential buyers. After our house sold Mike immediately began looking for our new home. Within days he had plenty of properties to show us. The home buying process went without incident. Mike was very responsive with any questions that we had for him. As stated before Mike was recommended by family and I would recommend Mike Zapart to any one looking for a professional in the real estate business. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

ZillowVERIFIED Top of the line Agent! We are fortunate to have been represented by Mike Zapart in the acquisition of our first home! We started working with him in the summer of 2014, but he has been very consistent in guiding us in our search until we sealed the deal with the house we really liked. He moves very fast even with last minute appointments with house showings. Indeed, first impression lasts! We only got to know him through a review while we were looking for houses in a particular area. We remember when we called him up that time, he was able to schedule a house in less than an hour after we talked. More importantly, our transactions has been very smooth. There was no pressure with him. He would even be the one to tell in advance if houses have issues. His service goes beyond the agent thing as he would answer the best he could on mortgage related and house renovations issues, even recommends contractors. If you are looking for house, get Mike! Hes the REAL DEAL for your house search and will get you to the closing the way you want it! Thanks Mike Zapart for helping us find our dream home! :)

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with Mikes assistance selling our familys condominium. He provided a thoughtful and thorough approach with many value added features like creating a floor plan, taking digital photographs, creating a video tour of the dwelling unit and posting all of these on the internet. He was always available to discuss and answer questions throughout the process. His pricing was spot on that got us the highest market price for the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling a property. My feeling is that his approach translates well to the buying side. He is tireless and carefully listens to his clients and I believe these traits would make him an excellent buyers agent as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Mike to find a new condo. He was very patient and responsive to my questions. I like that he always answered my calls. Mike explained every step of the whole process to me. He also introduced me to a mortgage professional that helped with questions about mortgages. While I m saving money for my future down payment Mike helped me find a nice new apartment and worked out issues with new lease. I enjoy living my new rental apartment but when I m ready I will use my help again to purchase my first condo. I already recommended my brother to Mike, I know he will take good care of his situation. Bart

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Mike through a friend who was also a client of Mike's. From the onset, Mike was very patient and attentive to our preferences. He made sure to organize showings that would be most time efficient, as well as showing properties suited to what we were looking for. Once we did settle on the property that we bought, Mike kept us well-informed on what we should expect during the purchasing/closing process. He consistently made himself available to us throughout the process. We are very satisfied with Mike's services and would gladly recommend him to prosepctive buyers.Greg B.
