Our homes uniqueness, setting and seclusion made it a personal retreat to come home to after work, travel or just time away. However, Michaels knowledge of sales was instrumental in determining a realistic and competitive asking price along with his marketing experience resulted with a well above asking price for our home. In less than 24 hours our home sold! Michael kept us well informed and offered much needed input well up to our closing. This was also the second home with which Michael assisted us with.

ZillowVERIFIEDThe short version of this review is that Michael is an amazing realtor, answered all of our questions anytime of the day and helped me and my wife with anything and everything as two people who were over their heads on buying a house, and we now have a wonderful home and a wider range of knowledge thanks to Michael! He is a great guy, great realtor, and if youre looking for a realtor dont question it, get in contact with him! Now the longer version! My wife and I started looking at houses a few months ago casually, had a realtor before who was a nice guy but very hands off. He showed us houses when we asked but basically would read us the stats from the listing and thats it. We came across a house using an app we typically didnt use and it forwarded our info to Michael and he called us immediately to schedule a showing. We didnt end up getting that house but Michael worked with us, took all of our likes and dislikes, and sent us curated lists regularly. He was very easy with scheduling around our jobs, and was very very easy to talk to during all of the tours he took us on. He gave us his opinions on things we were unsure of, was very upfront when something wasnt great, and had a really wonderful approach of helping us find our home instead of selling us on a home that could make him money which I think that aspect alone makes Michael a great realtor. He took us on a decent amount of showings, and every time he toured with us he learned more about what we wanted and from that he was able to really narrow down the listings for us. When we eventually found the house we wanted, he walked us through the overwhelming process step by step, who to talk to, what we should be prepared for, timelines, and expectations. While we were waiting to close, he kept in contact and answered some questions that were outside of what other realtors would likely answer and even gave us a list of contacts for things like utilities and services. Ultimately I couldnt really imagine how frustrating using another realtor might have been through this process and I'm pretty certain we wouldnt have gotten our house if we didnt use Michael, he is willing to go to bat for you to make sure you get what you want, and he does it in a no pressure, non pushy way which is exactly what we were looking for!
