Review Greg went far and beyond what I expected of him. With me selling my house in Reno Nevada, and living in California, I could not be there for every need or issue. We got and I accepted an offer after only two days on the market. Greg took on the task of finding the right professionals to make sure that all the needed repairs were taken care of to pass inspections, and satisfy the buyer. Greg kept in contact with me pretty much every day and kept me updated even if it was a little issue, and I really appreciated that. He always returned my calls, texts, and emails promptly. This was a stressful situation for me and Greg made it go smoothly. Greg even put out my garbage can on pick-up day and helped me load a heavy recliner onto my truck. Review I worked with this agent on the sale of my home at 3110 Rama Ct. The offer was presented and accepted as an all-cash, no-inspection transaction. Days before closing, we discovered the buyer in fact needed $200,000 financing that had been discussed with the lender a week earlier but never disclosed to us. Because of this misrepresentation, the deal collapsed at the last minute and we lost valuable time on the market. If youre a seller, I recommend confirming detailed proof of funds and requiring timely written disclosure of any financing changes.
