However, he offered help to see what I am exactly looking. I told him I am curious to visit couple of other condominiums and he immediately scheduled appointments. The following week, he sent me a reminder text, to confirm the appointment, he arrived at the property before me to make sure everything is ready for my visit, and during the entire 30 minutes tour, he was listening and answering to my questions patiently. I have noticed "building a trustful relationship with his clients" is very important for him. And I believe this makes him "a trustful realtor" comparing to others who just want to sell a property and get their commissions. Even if I was not planning to buy a condo immediately and I was just gathering information, he didn't ignore my request and tried to help. Thanks Mike for your help.
