ZillowVERIFIED Michael has been my "go to" real estate in The Hamptons for quite a few years now. In the time I have known him he has always come through for me whether it was purchasing or selling a home. Michael's intimate knowledge of his geography and his ability to find homes and buyers makes his service so much more valuable than other agents I have worked with. If you are in need of a true professional with excellent customer service and communications skills, Michael should be your choice!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is very professional. He has extensive knowledge of the area and vendors to help with any additional work that someone would to complete prior to a sale. Michael provided me with the contacts for vendors who replaced my heating system and repaired my chimney. He is extremely responsive in answering my calls and punctual in his scheduled events. Michael quickly arranged for open houses and listed our property quickly and accurately. I would gladly recommend him to anyone selling a property in the Westhampton, East Quogue or Hampton Bays area.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive as our listing agent. After an initial phone call, he quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what was needed to have our house in perfect showing condition. Michael came to discuss the offer price and had done his homework. With a quick minor refresh to our home, he had the data and comps to back up our decision for pricing and more importantly, a great marketing strategy to get it get it sold quickly! Michael came with a plan and executed it perfectly!! I highly recommend him for his professionalism and the absolute best in customer service!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Willmott was extremely professional & his in-depth knowledge and expertise in all areas of real estate especially regarding all the regulations including the local laws/codes, etc., was absolutely an asset with the sale of my house & lot as the sale ended up becoming extremely complicated. Michaels positive, calm demeanor as well as his ability to work with both sides; Seller & Buyer including the attorneys made the sale go so smoothly which could have turned into a disaster if it wasn't for Michael. In addition, Michael consistently keeps you informed every step of the entire process, and his communication skills are excellent. I would refer Michael Willmott to all that are thinking of selling their home/lot as well as anyone looking to buy a home.
