The first step is always "talk to a lender". You'll need to know what payment you want, how much money to put down, what price range we need to look at, what type of loan you qualify for - all those things play into which homes are best for you, and that's our job - to find the best home for you and your needs!

Interview Realtors. Spend 10-15 minutes on google looking for the right questions to ask besides the ones that are already in your head. No question is a stupid question, always feel free to ask. Understand what the goal is and how the Realtor will accomplish that goal for you.

We work with all types of clients. We've sold homes from $8,700 to $449,000, we've worked with tenants, landlords, investors, commercial buyers and sellers, and everything in between.

We once helped a single mom purchase a home with no money down, only earnest money and appraisal fee out of pocket, and she got that full amount back at closing so she literally had no money out of pocket. The other one that was really exciting was a sale started to fall through - I represented the seller - because the buyer's contingent sale of their property fell through. We bought the buyer's current residence so they could still buy our listing. My client was blown away at our willingness to do what it took to get the deal done..and the other agent was thrilled as well; everybody won!

I was an investor for about 10 years before getting my license. I wanted a certain combination of professionalism, marketing, and hustle that I couldn't seem to find elsewhere so I decided to create it!

I am very proud of my self-funded BBA in Marketing from UGA. Along with that, I was in B2B sales for several years, was a mortgage broker for a couple of years, and have been actively investing in real estate for 15 years.
