Michael Warinner

After moving to Florida in 2017, I fell in love with Pensacola and discovered a passion for real estate as a full time career. I became a real estate agent and immediately began selling at Mark Downey & Associates. Mark Downey personally took on the task of teaching me the industry, and through his direct training, he instilled in me the standards and values of MD&A. As the son of a pilot, I learned early on the importance of following detailed checklists and maintaining meticulous records. Before entering real estate, I worked at Men's Wearhouse for several years, selling suits every day and learning communication skills, as well as the importance of building and maintaining client relationships. Being a young professional in the real estate industry, I am driven to the marketplace every day to work hard and pursue excellence. My goal is to help every citizen of Pensacola in some way, and to truly become the best agent that I can be in order to provide the exceptional service my clients deserve.
