About Michael Warinner

After moving to Florida in 2017, I fell in love with Pensacola and discovered a passion for real estate as a full time career. I became a real estate agent and immediately began selling at Mark Downey & Associates. Mark Downey personally took on the task of teaching me the industry, and through his direct training, he instilled in me the standards and values of MD&A. As the son of a pilot, I learned early on the importance of following detailed checklists and maintaining meticulous records. Before entering real estate, I worked at Men's Wearhouse for several years, selling suits every day and learning communication skills, as well as the importance of building and maintaining client relationships. Being a young professional in the real estate industry, I am driven to the marketplace every day to work hard and pursue excellence. My goal is to help every citizen of Pensacola in some way, and to truly become the best agent that I can be in order to provide the exceptional service my clients deserve.

Mike and his team were incredible. We were long distance sellers, we live in San Diego but our house was in Pensacola. From getting our repairs done promptly, listing the home, and getting a buyer very quickly at the exact price we wanted, they were amazing. We were asked how much communication we wanted and they were able to satisfy that need. The time difference did not matter as they were able to respect our mornings and answer questions late if we needed them. Closing was quick and easy for my family. I could not have been more satisfied than the service we received from the Warinner team.

He was great from finish to start. As a first time home seller he made the process easy and I was not even present for most of it. He kept me updated on everything and I love his customer service skills. He felt like a friend and not like a realtor. Would definitely recommend anytime.
