ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a wonderful agent. I was a first time home buyer in NJ, and he helped me in every way possible to make the process easy for me. He is very communicative, patient and knowledgeable. He is always on top of things and is ready to answer any questions you may have. He will provide all facts and data to help you make you an informed decision, but at the same time, he isn't pushy (which was a big plus for me). All in all - very transparent & easy to work with! The home purchase experience seemed much easier with Mike by my side. For any Real Estate consulting/needs, I strongly recommend working with Michael.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael could not have been more responsive to our needs. He was positive and reassuring throughout the process. He knew the market and that helped I think to sell our home. That wasn't what we experienced from other real estate agents. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michael Walton to our friend and family. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to working with Mr. Walton we encountered a lot of difficulties, being that we were first time home buyers. We were extremely nervous about the home buying process, in fact we nearly gave up, until we met Mr. Michael Walton. During our first conversation he alleviated all our fears and assured us that all will be well and we will find our perfect home. Whenever we contacted Mr. Walton with any concerns his response was quick. Once again reassuring us that we found an excellent realtor. He was patient, virtuous and above all determined. Mr. Walton embodies excellence and I would recommend his services to anyone!!! JUST CALL HIM.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was awesome to work with. There were times I thought the entire deal would fall through but he kept a calm positive demeanor. He worked tirelessly to do what needed to be done to close the deal. I was also impressed with his patience. We had to postpone closing 3 times but he never waivered. I would work with him again in a heart beat. He is the man who will get the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED I know everyone might say the realtor who helps them with the purchase of their New Home is the best. But what constitute the BEST? Let me tell you. The BEST is; Whenever you call you can guarantee a call back. If there's any delays whatsoever the realtor takes time to try and calm your fears. Last but not lest, the BEST is when all He'll break out in your life and you end up admitted to the hospital two days before closing, he goes the extra mile to bring the closing to you. That's what Mr. Walton did for us and I would recommend him time and time again. Yes! It's a business but we felt his genuine concern. Great Realtor!Nolan & Debra Taylor

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Walton is the best realtor with which we have worked over our 46 years of marriage! Having moved 24 times and sold numerous homes, we have never worked with a more professional, kind, courteous, and persistent realtor! Michael had to handle a very challenging short sale for us-he remained persistent, calm, professional and a perfect gentleman throughout the entire 9 month challenging process! What a blessing he has been to us!

ZillowVERIFIED There aren't enough stars to rate this guy. He's simply the best and is never even consider using any other realtor ever again. We had our purchase fall through due to an appraisal issue at the very last minute which rendered us homeless. Mike worked around the clock trying to find us a home before school started so we could register our daughter. We found one and mike got us in in 2 and a half weeks from the time we looked at it. He's great!! Thank you mike!!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Walton and his team are top notch. From day one Mike was patient and helpful unlike many realtors who are pushy trying to make a sale. We looked at many properties of a year's time frame and Mike was on time and courteous throughout the whole process. Once we found a property Mike was on the ball submitting all of the required documentation from start to finish. Hopefully we wont need a realtor again for many years, however if and when we do Mike will be our only call!
