Michael went above and beyond to get us a home we absolutely love that had multiple offers. Michael was very knowledgeable and responsive and guided every step of the way in this crazy market. He familiarized us with neighborhoods we did not know well and showed us the convenience of areas we didnt even consider before. He always kept us informed and answered calls and texts. He scheduled every showing almost immediately and was there first thing. He has great negotiating skills and got us a house in a short time frame. ZillowVERIFIED Normally I don't ever write reviews for anything or anybody online, that's just something I never take my time to do. But few months ago I was ready to purchase a home and was so impatient to found something real quick that I was dealing with multiple agents at the same time lol. But when I found Michael I drop everybody else. He was so patient with me, very knowledgeable of the areas (queens, Nassau, Suffolk county) and quick to learn your taste and needs wish make it easier when it comes to check out houses. At one point Michael would be the one to calm my nerves down when I was about to pull my hair out and ready to jump in negotiating time, dealing with sellers and all the stuff that goes in between. Thanks Mike, I'm still falling in love everytime I walk in :-)

It became a little tough with the lack of inventory on the market and we were getting to the point of just settling. Michael knew what we wanted and what we didn't and did not let us settle for something even though some of those house were in fact more money. His exact words were "I know you guys won't be happy here forever" and we took that seriously. He finally found us a great large colanial in a great dead end block with fantastic schools for my kids.
