ZillowVERIFIEDI initially began touring apartments on my own, and was lucky enough to come across Michael early on in the process. His knowledge and experience in this particular market allows him to be perceptive when it comes to dealing with all parties involved in the transaction.Throughout the entire process, Michael was patient when explaining local laws and other nuances to me, as I was a first-time buyer. His ability to understand my personal situation led him to be a great thought partner when choosing my future home! He even followed up with me post-closing to see how I was settling in. I plan on reaching out to Michael when I make my next move!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. As a first time buyer, I needed a lot of hand holding throughout the process. Michael was knowledgeable, patient, an exceptional problem solver, and most importantly, an empathetic listener. He collaborates with his clients to find them the special home theyre looking for, and stands beside them throughout the entire journey, even if they encounter curveballs along the way. I never would have made it through the arduous process of buying a home were it not for his guidance and support. He was responsive, kind, and kept me grounded. Michael is an exceptional realtor, and I would entrust him with supporting my friends, family, and network with finding their dream homes.

ZillowVERIFIED I've said it 76 times and I'll say it again, Michael Trzcienski is a 5-star broker, I recommend him highly! This guy walks the walk on what it means to center his client's needs and be an enthusiastic advocate. As a first time home-buyer, I especially appreciated his knowledge of the market and excellent negotiation skills. He collaborated with me throughout the process from search launch to closing day, during a global pandemic - this guy deserves a medal. You're in great hands with Michael!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is the best! He's been a dear friend and a reliable counsel for me for years. He's the agent who got me my first place in NYC while I was renting, and 4 years later I decided to turn back to him while I was considering buying in the city.We have just finished my NYC apartment purchase and he got me everything I needed. He gave me the most honest opinion while we were doing house hunting and his advice turned out to be very helpful. I feel very lucky to have him.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was a pleasure to work with! He was professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming especially in NYC! However, Michael was there to answer all my questions while guiding me step by step through the entire process. He was always available and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. I couldnt be happier with my new apartment! After meeting him right away, I knew i could trust him and I knew I didn't have to meet with any other realtors. Even all of his recommendations of different people to go through for the process were great. It really was a one stop shop experience. I highly recommend working with Michael if you are looking to purchase real estate in NYC.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was a huge help in our year-long home search that covered just about every inch of Manhattan and every type of home you could imagine. He worked with us through the first place we bid on, which eventually lost to someone with deeper pockets, to the dream home we just closed on uptown. We were extremely pleased, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in New York.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Michael Trzcienski for any real estate needs. My husband and I, who live in Maryland, purchased a co-op apartment with our Granddaughter in Manhattan. Michael guided us every step of the way. Purchasing a co-op in Manhattan is a very lengthy and cumbersome process. Michael processed an enormous amount of paperwork for us. He met with our Granddaughter as needed, and was with her during settlement. He was very professional and thorough. We have not seen the apartment yet, but trust that Michael has helped her choose the best apartment for her needs. She is moving into the apartment in mid-October, and is very excited.

ZillowVERIFIED I do not know if it's possible to fully express how helpful and integral Michael was in my home purchase. I have rented a few times in the city but had no idea where to start in buying one of my own. I reached out to Michael after he responded to an inquiry to view an apartment. That one wasn't a fit for me but Michael quickly figured out what spaces I would like and which neighborhoods I preferred. Viewing places with Michael was actually very painless and fun! I only saw a couple of places before I found my dream apartment that checked every box for me! Michael is very knowledgeable about real estate and was very very VERY helpful throughout the contract and interview process before the sale was final. He is always quick to respond and makes things as simple as possible! Now that I have been living in my dream apartment for a month I can honestly say that I have never been happier! Thank you Michael!!! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a gentlemen, very efficient, straight forward, sincere and a pleasure to work with. I looked back at my records, and I first spoke with Michael over the phone on 5/22/18 regarding a listing we were interested in. Michael educated us about the intricacies of purchasing in NYC (we live in Atlanta, Georgia) as well as a whirlwind tour of various units and neighborhoods followed up by almost daily communications and at times face-time seller introductions and virtual unit and neighborhood tours. Last Friday 7/20/18 we closed on a beautiful co-op in the heart of Greenwich Village. Michael attended the closing on our behalf and met us at the building entrance with the keys. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and results.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was the real estate agent for our son who was a student at NYU a few years ago. Moving from the dorm to an apartment in Manhattan was a huge step. We were out of state and couldn't have gone through the process without Michael! He was incredibly kind and caring as he walked us through the "complicated" process of renting in New York City. As a mom, I could tell that he had our kids' best interest at heart and really went out of his way to "take care of them." He walked them and us through every step. When it was time to move again the next year, the roommate did the apartment search and didn't think to call Michael. They had a different real estate company and it was nothing but trouble. Moving again this week and this time the first step was to get Michael as our agent. He found an "affordable" apartment for our son and again, walked us through the steps and made the process quick and easy. I appreciate Michael's kindness! He is honest, respectful, and caring.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael came highly recommended through a mutual friend, and he turned out to be the best realtor I have ever dealt with (out of 20+ real estate deals). He helped me prepare my apartment for the sale, put together effective marketing materials, priced my condo right and worked hard to get potential buyers through the door. Michael and his team were very effective at organizing viewings to find committed buyers. He worked well with buyers brokers and negotiated skillfully on my behalf to get offers close to the asking price. Michael made the deal happen and, last but definitely not least, is a friendly, kind and generous person.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was very helpful with my within Manhattan move. ZillowVERIFIED We thankfully found Michael by chance through an apartment search app, and although we weren't planning on using a broker, Michael was truly worth every penny. He immediately stood out to us because of his responsiveness, professionalism, friendly personality and an obvious eagerness to help us find the perfect apartment. We spent days viewing apartments with him and even though we weren't the easiest clients to please, he never gave up hope. We felt that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy, and that he truly was on our side, which is a rare find in NYC. He facilitated every aspect of our search, and his flexibility with the broker fee made it extremely easy for us to sign a lease, as well. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED We found Michael through a happy accident, and we are so glad we did! We had hoped to find an apartment without a brokers fee, but Michael was worth every cent we paid him. We gave him a general idea of what my boyfriend and I were looking for in our first apartment together, and he did an amazing job in finding us the perfect, best of the best sampling of what our ideal neighborhood had to offer in our budget, and all on the spin of a dime. He went above and beyond in being incredibly easy to get a hold of, and offering advice with our best interests at heart. He even generously offered us a flexible rate for his fee so that we could afford to grab our dream apartment when we found it. We have been in our new place for a month and couldn't be happier. ZillowVERIFIED Where to even start! Michael was reffered to my girlfriend and I by a co-worker and since receive his phone number he was more responsive, polite, and eager to find us our next home more than any other broker we've worked with.Michael, being a primary Manhatten broker, did his homework when trying to find our next apartment in Queens. He linked up with his fellow brokers to get the job done. When it came to viewing units Michael set up 7+ appointments for one Saturday! Every unit was better than the next. All of which covered our "check list" with regards to what we needed in our next apartment. At the end of the day we chose our next apartment and he had such an outstanding relationship with the other broker he got the fee lowered and before we knew it we became renters in Astoria in less than 48-hours!Michael is highly recommend by close friends and now myself included. He makes the search fun and stress free. I look forward to spreading the word about him to all of my friends and family in NYC.

He asked questions not just about what I was looking for, but actual details about how much furniture I was bringing in and the space I was going to need. There were no curveballs or subtle manipulations I've found with other agents who try to get you into a place that isn't right for you. He was punctual, which was highly appreciated. ZillowVERIFIED Michael consistently went ABOVE & BEYOND for my wife & I during our apartment hunt! We reached out to many realtors about a lot of properties all over NYC, but it was Michael's swift & kind response that put us at ease & grabbed our attention. He was so personable from the very beginning & super knowledgeable. He made himself available always, and would respond to our questions/texts almost immediately. My wife & I were in the process of moving back to NYC from NC & we only had a limited window of time to view apartments. He helped us through our indecisiveness & even agreed to re-show us an apartment that was being renovated which we ended up taking! He offered to take measurements of the apartment while we were out of town & was constantly making time for us/changing his schedule to accommodate. By the end of the process, we got an amazing apartment but also a friend out of the deal! We strongly recommend Michael and no one else! He'll get the job done in the most professional & friendliest manner!
