1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
In this market, if you like something and can see yourself in teh home for the next 5 years, buy it. The inventory is low so good ones go fast.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Ask what kind of exposure and marketing their agent will do.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a buyer I had been working with for over 3 years and a seller waiting to put their house on the market. I knew it was a perfect fit. We all met the day before it was to go on MLS and the deal got together just like that at full price. Everyone happy.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was in advertising for 30 years. One of my clients was a small real estate company out of Boston. It was my first taste of Real Estate--and Real Estate is an extension of marketing. Came to NH and just decided to do it. Love it.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Prior to Real Estate, I was in advertising and marketing in NYC and Boston for 30 years. Marketing is some of my strong points which includes phtography, marketing materials, social media and advertising your home.
