Mike is an incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated agent. I would especially recommended him for any waterfront properties, either buying or selling, as one of our purchase transactions came with some legal challenges. The title attorney was very impressed with Mike's handling of the issues that we were faced with, and thanks to his diligence, we were able to make it through closing. As we had worked with him recently on a couple of purchases, he was the logical choice when it was time to sell our own home.
