Michael was very honest and we never felt him pushing us to buy anything we were not totally convinced of. He would actually point out all the pros and cons of every choice and leave it up to us to decide. He never pressured us and never made us feel uneasy whenever we asked a questions. ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to Mike to assist in selling our multifamily home after striking out with another realtor at a different company that was highly recommended by a friend of ours. We are very glad that we made the decision to go with Mike. Our former home is a lovely and unique historic home and required creativity, customized messaging and a tailored marketing approach to reach the right kind of buyer. Mike worked closely with us throughout the winter, mostly remotely since we moved out of state, leading up to the relisting of our home. Throughout the process, Mike put us at ease not only by offering to look over the house while we were away but also by helping us broker a lease with a great new tenant. He welcomed our input, assured us throughout the process, and was highly proactive and responsive throughout. He was great at providing ideas on restaging the house and he was effective in highlighting the special attributes of the property when reposting our listing. I selected Michael Tinsley to be my agent because I wanted someone with a fresh perspective who could help me navigate the hot but tricky real estate market with realism and enthusiasm. My instincts were spot on. I am giving Mike five stars on all categories although there are several on which I would like to give him 6 stars. Mike identified the buyer of my condo during the Agents Open House 3 days prior to my actual Open House. My closing was completed in exactly one month - no snags, no wrinkles, very little effort on my part - no stress. I respect and trust Mike's professionalism and sense of service so much that I introduced him to my son, who is 25, in his search for his first home. And as I write this review, in a space of 3 weeks, Mike has assisted my son in getting pre-qualified for a mortgage, helped him research neighborhoods and is assisting him to make his first offer this morning.
