I was extremely pleased with my realtor, Michael Thomas. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable of the Imperial Beach area. He made some very accurate recommendations for improvements of the property that paid off well. The professional pictures, videos (including drone) were amazing. The advertising, including social media was perfectly done and well timed. Despite a somewhat depressed housing market, we listed the house on a Friday and that same weekend we had multiple, quality offers and escrow closed just a couple of weeks later. I have no doubt in my mind, that without Michael Thomas' knowledge and skills as a realtor, the house would not have sold as quickly as it did. I gladly recommend Michael to everyone, and I will definitely be calling him if I find myself in need of a realtor again.
