A week before our closing, a potentially disastrous situation occurred, but Michael took charge of the situation and found the solution. If not for his initiative, commitment and determination, the closing was certainly going to be delayed and the deal could have fallen through. You will not have to wait for him to return your call or answer questions. He is very accessible. I have never experienced anything like this with other real estate agents. As we were looking for a home to purchase, Michael never pressured us into buying something that didnt fit our needs just to make a commission. He would give us his opinion, if we asked, of pros and cons of houses and let us decide. I can tell that he really has a passion for what he does. He is very honest and ethical. One instance he met me at my house when the alarm went off to make sure no one was inside. He was always available or responded to voice mails within a reasonable time. When there was a viewing Michael always followed up to make sure if there was any possibility of an offer we would get it. When we did receive an offer Michael negotiated until we were satisfied we got the best deal possible. I will soon be purchasing another home and intend to use Michael as my agent.

My wife and I were introduced to him through a co-worker of mine who recommended him after Mike found her and her husband a home only a few months prior. We were initially intimidated by the home buying procedure, this being our first home purchase, but Mike kept us level-headed and incredibly informed throughout each step of the process, making the whole experience a breeze! He was always willing to work around our schedules, and any questions or concerns we had about anything, Mike answered near immediately; he was in constant communication with us and never left us hanging.
