ZillowVERIFIEDMichael has been an excellent agent and trusted advisor since we were first referred to him in 2003. He is enjoyable to work with, knowledgeable of all markets (downtown, suburban, etc.), an excellent communicator, and always transparent. We cant speak highly enough about Michael and Hoyar. Recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Cincinnati market.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Michael from his sold sign which was in the front yard of a house he sold 3 doors down from my parent's home which I was preparing to sell. Michael provided me with references for painters, handyman, and cleaning company. Michael was always responsive to my calls and text messages. He was also very understanding with some of the obstacles I was facing with getting ready for the home sale.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Michael on our first ever home purchase and he was fantastic. Above all else he was patient with us throughout the process. We looked at many many properties and Michael listened to our needs and helped us find a house perfect for us. He provided impartial feedback and input for us to consider. As first time homebuyers we had many questions and he took his time to walk us through the process. Michael was flexible and quick to respond so we were able to move through the process quickly and confidently. I highly recommend working with Michael.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael really cares about his clients. There is nothing he won?t do to make your buying and selling process as easy for you as possible. He does his best to help you get the price you need. He does little things also, like recommending contractors, places that can handles scratches and dents in appliances, where you can get new sleeves for your pot lights, etc. He is also very personable.

ZillowVERIFIED About 5 years ago, my partner and I were new to home buying and on a pretty tight budget. Michael was patient and kind, and guided us through every step of the process. He was respectful of our unique situation and helped us secure the home we dreamed of. Five years later, he?s continued to be someone I regularly recommend to friends and I would trust him to sell or buy with again.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Michael Teggart. Michael helped me both buy my house and then sell it seven years later. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with. He consistently went above and beyond my expectations and was always so helpful to me when I needed his assistance. I was able to count on him to respond within minutes or hours no matter when. As I was selling the house from another state, his assistance was even more critical since I couldn't be there myself. I completely trust Michael and would recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent, dependable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a working professional and expect the same in return when it comes to making a major financial decision, such as purchasing a home. Michael has come through swinging for me twice and I felt comfortable with him on my side. Hell put up with even the most discerning home buyer/seller, and answer all calls/texts/emails promptly and accurately, and probably save you a lot of money as he did for me. He works extremely hard and is definitely worth his weight in gold. Should you need a pro, this is the man to call. Thank you, Michael.
