Review We recently rented out our very unique Santa Clara Victorian through The Talis Team. Review A few months ago we decided to buy our very first home in San Jose. Michael and Elena helped us navigate the complicated process from start to finish. At first, they gave us some an overview of the buying process in California and some helpful information about the neighborhoods of San Jose and nearby cities. We then began to see houses. Each "trip" was planned in advance; we would be handed a printed list of properties to visit plus information about each one. Michael and Elena would always point us to interesting aspects of the property. Things that we would not have noticed. We definitely learned a lot by listening to them and asking questions. When I first started looking for houses, I will admit my expectations were a bit high. I wanted something newly redone, move in ready, and in my price range.
