Excellent guy - it you are selling or buying you ABSOLUTELY need to talk to Michael!I tried listing my property with the big name guys, and all I got was slow, very impersonal service, along with realtors who pretended to be vaguely interested in my property and more about explaining expensive fees....they justified the fees by explaining my property was a difficult property to sell.....Thankfully I found Michael, we walked through the property, he understood the area, and had the property under agreement in 4 days of listing AND within my asking price!!!!! (and for very reasonable fees!) In the lead up to closing he helped tremendously with last minute details, including fire inspections, etc.He also helped recommend a fantastic lawyer (general rule of thumb, don't ask your Realtor for lawyer recommendations.....but in this case DO!!.....ask Michael about Mr Romano....professional, responsive, honest, transparent, protect your back lawyer) Overall, you owe it to yourselves to contact Michael....just a genuine guy, with no gimmicks, and none of the corporate BS.
