Michael also met with me on Sunday morning but it wasn't just any Sunday morning it was Fathers Day. (Michael did spend the whole day before with his kids) Still on a Sunday and Fathers Day and this was the home I chose. Highly recommend him goes the extra mile.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was awesome with clearing his calendar to ensure there was time to look for homes in a tight time period. He was helpful and patient as we looked at several homes. My only caution would be that if you are looking for an aggressive agent to really be in "your corner", he is probably not your guy. Micheal's approach when determining offer and pricing is very conservative, and at times, we felt he was overly looking out for the sellers interest.

ZillowVERIFIED The day our house went off the market with a previous agent Michael came to our house to introduce himself, listened to our needs then set up an appointment to re-list our house. He was very receptive to research housing values in our neighborhood and he came up with an excellent listing price. With Michael's skills we sold our house in 5 days.
