ZillowVERIFIEDTandra texted us in a group text, one time and set us up for Anthony to show us a tour. We LOVED the home and we were ready to place all deposits, day of tour. We make 5X the Monthly rent. (credit isnt fabulous but in decent shape, no evictions, no criminal history, all payments 100% on time) We paid 40 pp (80.00 total) in application fees, only to NEVER hear back from Tandra. We texted multiple times, Anthony responded letting us know he was awaiting her decision as well... since shes the "lead". (Thank you Anthony for remaining professional) we withdrew our app because of Tandras lack of communication.

When the time came , she made really smart suggestions such as replacing kitchen appliances to update the entire look of the kitchen, painting, staging, and timing of putting it on the market that were reflected in the above asking price I received. She provided referrals for vendors that wore very good to work with; cost effective and reliable. I felt Tandra worked with me as a friend; she was available and responsive to my (many) questions; and was there to calm me when I got anxious about all the details and timing. I moved out of state two days before closing, so Tandra represented me at closing, but kept me in the loop every step of the way. I could not have gotten trhough all this without her skills, talent and help!

She helped us figure out the best listing price for the area and market. Tandra created a nice comparison sheet with all of the bids we received and walked us through choosing the best offer. She sold our house in 3 days for more than asking price! We were extremely happy! Tandra is professional, smart, outgoing and friendly and I would definitely recommend her.
