Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

When buying a home, know your budget, get loan approval, research the neighborhood, make a wishlist, work with a real estate agent, inspect the house, consider its future value, negotiate the price, budget for extra costs, and take your time deciding.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

When selling your home, ensure it's well-presented, priced competitively, marketed effectively, and be prepared to negotiate with potential buyers.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

As a Broker, I've assisted a diverse range of clients in real estate, including first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, sellers looking to downsize, landlords seeking tenants, and individuals relocating for work or personal reasons.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

While I can't provide specific details of real transactions, I can describe a typical positive experience in real estate. Recently, I worked with a first-time homebuyer who had been diligently saving for years. We found them a charming home in a family-friendly neighborhood that checked off all their must-haves. The transaction went smoothly from start to finish, with clear communication between all parties involved. Seeing the joy on my client's face when they received the keys to their new home was incredibly rewarding.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

Received a Bachelor in Science with a Major in Real Estate from Clarion University. This is unusual because most only go through a course that typically takes about two months to complete or they do it online. Starting out with owning mortgage company and then a partner in a development company, the next step was buying a real estate company which was done in 2004. Since that time frame, we have grown from a company at the lower end of the producing companies to one of the top 3 consistently over the past years. My personal production has averaged from 60-70 transactions per year (over 1 a week) for the last 7 years (Average Realtor is 4 per year)!

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have been trained on vast amounts of data encompassing various aspects of real estate, including market trends, property valuations, legal regulations, and best practices in buying and selling homes. This allows me to provide up-to-date information, answer questions, offer guidance, and help clients make informed decisions in their real estate endeavors.

Sold my house to another real estate agent. lost $200 thousand just like that. Misestimated my new remodeled six bedroom house with all marble floors in the first floor, hard wood in all bedrooms, finished basement and in ground swimming pool, and all new remodeled bathrooms with huge walking closets that are all have a highly designed shelves and hangers. A property built in 1920 in wilkes-barre area in a very bad neighborhood was sold $250,000. where mine was sold for only $275000. It was like a joke, the real estate now the owner of my property actually has commanded me and my kids to leave for them to have their final walk before they make their decision where they have damaged a facet of the bathroom upstairs that caused dramatic leak in the basement that I have never experienced before. This is all just to deduct another $20,000 from the final price. So I had end up totally handing a property that cost a $750,000 for $250,000.They have made it sound all legal where I and my kids now are homeless and can not afford buying our own place.
