Received a Bachelor in Science with a Major in Real Estate from Clarion University. This is unusual because most only go through a course that typically takes about two months to complete or they do it online. Starting out with owning mortgage company and then a partner in a development company, the next step was buying a real estate company which was done in 2004. Since that time frame, we have grown from a company at the lower end of the producing companies to one of the top 3 consistently over the past years. My personal production has averaged from 60-70 transactions per year (over 1 a week) for the last 7 years (Average Realtor is 4 per year)!
