ZillowVERIFIEDMichael and Mallerie combine an exceptional understanding of the market with just a great customer service focussed approach. Given the dynamic nature of the Scottsdale housing market, I could not have been happier with our results.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael and Mallerie are a pleasure to work with. They were always available no matter what I needed, they demonstrated excellent knowledge of the industry and local market and were patient and accommodating during the shopping process. Best of all, they located the perfect home for me before it was even listed on the market, and negotiated a great price in a VERY competitive market! Enthusiastic five stars!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Michael online when my husband and I decided to relocate from MD to AZ. He was in regular contact as we went through the process of selling our house and making the move across the US. This took longer than expected - over 1 1/2 years to sell. When we finally got to AZ Michael and Mallerie showed us multiple residences, and one of them was the perfect house for us. Michael and Mallerie did everything possible to make the purchase as stress free as possible. They knew every step we needed to take and had answers to all our questions. They didnt mind helping us with things that had nothing to do with buying a house. (When youre seniors and new in town this is extremely important.) From our first email until the moment they gave us the keys to our new home they were always friendly and responsive. Not only are they extremely professional and knowledgeable, theyre also very nice. I only wish I could give them more than five stars.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael and Mallerie were amazing to work with. They are a great team who truly enjoy helping find good homes for families. Extremely responsive and move quickly which is essential in this aggressive market. Their experience and knowledge helped us view a house at 4pm that came on at noon the same day. We had an offer submitted by 5pm and were under contract by 8:30 pm that same night. This is with a higher offer following ours and 11 confirmed showings for the next day which displays their excellent abilities. Much to our surprise once again going above and beyond they re-acquired a special piece of furniture loved by my wife to use in our new home. They truly care about their clients and make it a point to get to know them and understand their needs and wants. The best agents I have worked with and I highly recommend them to anyone serious about getting a home or selling for that matter.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael misled us and as a result we spent thousands of dollars on home repairs, additional labor costs, attorney fees, time and stress. He misguided us through contracts. He was unprofessional in his form of communication. Pointed blame. He no-showed when it came time to do the clean up. Was only out for himself and the sale. He should be held accountable for his incompetence and lacks interest when it comes to his work responsibilities and his ethical actions as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to please. When other realtors left me hanging because I was only a renter (for the time being), Michael took the time to help me find the perfect home and make the deal happen. I look forward to working with him in the future when I can purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael gained information on what type of home we were looking for and searched in those areas. He was very tentive to details and never recommended a property he knew we would not like. He found exactly what we wanted and made it possible for us to obtain.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael did a great job in helping us find the home we loved. His immediate attention and response to any questions we had during the process made it much easier than anticipated. He negotiated a great price for us on purchasing our home, well under the asking price. I will definitely be using him as a referral for anyone I know needing assistance in the future, or when we decide to purchase our next home.
