ZillowVERIFIEDGreat real estate agents are hard to find, and we were fortunate to work with Michael throughout the purchase of our home. From day one, he was warm, friendly, professional, and always punctual. We never felt pressured into making a decision. He was incredibly patient, answered every question thoroughly, and gave us honest, balanced advice that helped us make the right choice for our family. His negotiation skills were excellent and played a key role in helping us reach an agreement. Throughout the entire process, he kept everything organized, communicated proactively, and ensured we closed on time without any surprises. What impressed us most was that his support didn't stop after closing. He continued to help by coordinating with the seller on post-closing items, making the transition into our new home smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring real estate professional who will put your interests first, we highly recommend Michael. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would gladly work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped me purchase my first home. He was good with finding and showing me properties to look at within my budget. When I found the home I ultimately purchased it was a long and bumpy road to the finish line but we made it and I love my new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael has much knowledge regarding Contra Costa County. We have children, and he advised us about better schools, safety, and convenient locations. He responds fast and is overall very nice. He has excellent negotiation skills and knows reasonable and competitive prices. We put in an offer for a home of 13,800 sq ft, with a pool at Antioch, ca, and our offer was accepted almost right away. I would definability recommend working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED the only thing I regret is that the condo I bought, Michael did not review the bid before he submitted it. Otherwise, he seemed like a rare realtor that made a bid that was not about putting in the biggest bid, and a bid I was comfortable with.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was extremely helpful and patient and showed us several houses every weekend until one of our offers got accepted. We are very happy with the home we bought. He also helped us secure a lender and a contractor to upgrade the kitchen. He treated my husband and me like family. He was sincere and was there for us whenever we needed him throughout the process.
