He responds fast and is overall very nice. He has excellent negotiation skills and knows reasonable and competitive prices. We put in an offer for a home of 13,800 sq ft, with a pool at Antioch, ca, and our offer was accepted almost right away. I would definability recommend working with him.

ZillowVERIFIEDthe only thing I regret is that the condo I bought, Michael did not review the bid before he submitted it. Otherwise, he seemed like a rare realtor that made a bid that was not about putting in the biggest bid, and a bid I was comfortable with.
