ZillowVERIFIEDIn 25 years of buying and selling homes we have NEVER had a worse experience than dealing with this man. Michael definitely was not our advocate and seemed more interested in getting his commission than helping us navigate through this purchase. We are both retired military members and this home is our "dream house" but because of Michael, the whole process was a complete and utter nightmare. The excitement we initially had was completely destroyed, and we are still feeling resentful and upset several months later. I am happy to discuss all the errors he made if you want to contact me. We fired him about 2 weeks before closing because we lost all trust and confidence in him. I highly suggest NOT using Michael Schultz - nobody should have to go through the trauma and ordeal we did.

Years ago, we had just terminated a poor realtor relationship and luckily came across Mr. Schultz. He has to be the hardest working realtor and he certainly has made us very happy. ZillowVERIFIED Michael was referred to us through Randolph Brooks. He sold our house the first weekend it was on the market with photography shots that were displayed like our home was expensive. He patiently took us on several home tours despite his family going through a medical crisis. Now that we have our home he still checks on us to be sure we are satisfied. I would highly recommend him for the sale and purchase of a new home.

The range of properties he helps sell is quite vast and even though we were probably some of his least expensive customers, he treated us as if we were buying a million dollar mansion. Hes a fierce ally in negotiations and was completely committed to helping us find the perfect home.
